Villa Mirador is situated in Marbella's most exclusive area of Las Cascadas de Comojan, nestled in the foothills of La Concha Mountain, offering amazing views of Marbella's coastline. This luxurious and elegant home has been built in an original, modern and contemporary design to exceptional quality.
The property has been primarily designed as a super luxurious family home. The property has an integrated domotic system which controls lighting, heating, media and satellite systems, security, alarms at the touch of a button.
The house has rustic marble flooring throughout, mahogany doors and window frames and "perlita" plastering.
Entrance
On entering the double gate of Villa Mirador, the sweeping drive heads to the right and the large subterranean garage, when the drive climbs back there is a car porch on the right for 4 cars. The drive veers to the left and you pass under the guest apartment into a hacienda-style courtyard.

On the right, there is an outside garage with automatic doors which holds three cars and has access to the utility lift and service staircase.
In front and either side of the main entrance to the property, there are large marble fountains.
Ground floor
On entering the front door, you find your self in an amazing spacious hall with ornate inlaid marble flooring and a 3 storey glass-domed ceiling. There are sweeping double staircases leading to the glass gallery balcony which leads on to the main bedrooms.
On the left is a large guest suite.
To the right, you are lead into the extremely large living room with large glass windows, with a high beamed ceiling. This leads out to the patio area in front and on the right to a decked Bar and BBQ area, the BBQ area has integrated fridge, dishwasher, freezer and multipurpose sink.
On the left, you pass interior patios to the spacious dining room which has 270° views over the gardens.
Exiting the dining room you then enter the heart of the home, the kitchen which has a separate dining/breakfast area which overlooks the gardens. The Smallbone kitchen, which is to the highest quality was imported specifically from the UK, the draws are lined with ostrich skin and the appliances are WOLF and SUB Zero. The kitchen has a luxurious but homely feel to it.
The kitchen leads on to the second living room which is currently used as a playroom.
The office is on the other side of this room.
From the hallway between the second living room and the office is the lift.
Heading back to the front door tucked out of sight is the utility room which has 2 washing machines and two dryers and lots of cupboard space, there is a second utility room which currently stores extra freezers and a service staircase which leads to the garages.
Opposite the access to the living room is another large guest suite. This is the perfect room for a nanny, guests or teenage child.
First Floor
Walking up either side of the sweeping staircases from the ground floor you find yourself on the impressive gallery which overlooks the hall.
Once on the landing, to the right and immediately in front of the staircase are three large double bedrooms which have en suite bathrooms, built-in wardrobes, large balconies and automatic blinds. As these bedrooms were designed for young children there are also surveillance cameras in these rooms.
Next to the third bedroom which is immediately in front of the landing, there is the lift access.
To the right, there is a glassed corridor which leads to the master suite.
The master suite comprised of four rooms.
On the right, a large bathroom suite with double vanity sinks separate toilet and walk-in shower with a supersized sunken marble bath taking centre place.
From the main bedroom, there is a wood-panelled dressing room with a glass-domed ceiling which has a second bathroom.
The main master bedroom looks out over the view of the gardens and coastline and has a spacious terrace. The bed has a free-standing headboard and bedside units in the main area of the bedroom. In this room part of the domatic system is a large projector for watching television or the media system which automatically opens and closes with the flick of a switch.
Subterranean floor
Returning to the main hall of the ground floor there are again double staircases which lead down to the subterranean floor of the house and another large hall.
There are 3 main sections to this Subterranean floor.
Taking centre stage there is a large heated swimming pool which on the left-hand side also boasts a Turkish sauna, plunge pool, massage room, sauna and walk-in shower. There is also a large storage area which houses the pumps for the pools. The lift access is also in the pool area.
Overlooking the pool is the gym which is decked out in wooden flooring, mirrored walls and the latest in gym equipment. There is a separate bathroom.
From the gym area, you are led on to the plush cinema room, with rich plum velvet walls which have just about the biggest TV available on the market and surround sound.
From the cinema room, there is a corridor to the Bar and Poker room. This is a large cosy area, perfect for entertaining friends. There is an illuminated poker table, a duke box which takes CDs. The bar has an integrated fridge, dishwasher and a separate freezer. There are also two storage rooms on either side of the bar which could be used for storing wine etc.
There is a guest bathroom.
From the Bar and Poker room, you return to the hall way in which we have put two arcade machines.
To the right of the hall, you are led into the large garage which can easily accommodate 6 cars and has the access to the utility lift and staircase leading to the outside car park at the entrance.
In this corridor, there are also several storage rooms, domatic and security room and a service staircase leading up to utility area on the ground floor.
The entrance to the guest apartment is on the ground floor under the actual apartment. On entering there is a large area that is perfect for golf clubs etc for guests.
The staircase leads up into the kitchen area which is fully functional including hob, oven, dishwasher etc.
On the left is the bathroom with a walk-in shower and to the right is the dressing area with fully fitted wardrobes.
You then enter the main living area which is spacious enough for a double bed and also a sofa and coffee table.
The main gardens have been lovingly landscaped with Bermuda grass and various type of palm trees.
On the right, there is an infinity pool which has a wooden decking surround to laze on a sun lounger.
On the left there seems to be nothing but there is hidden away a beautiful waterfall which cascades into a man-made lake. The entrance to the lake is from a beautiful wooden chiringuito.[/expander_maker]
