Description
Beautiful completely refurbished modern 5 bed room villa that sleeps 10 people in Torrenueva. This sought after urbanisation is in easy walking distance to all amenities. The beautiful town La Cala de Mijas is easy to walk to using the dreamy boardwalk path alongside the med.
On the ground floor you will find a double en-suite bedroom with a shower and toilet. There is also a separate toilet.
The open light living area connects to the porch / front terrace (which can be heated). From there you have access to the pool (9x4 meters) and the jacuzzi. Both of which of course can be heated.
The open modern kitchen is fully equipped and also leads to the porch and terrace and pool area. The pool is a salt water pool and includes a shallow part.
There is ample seating and there are pool loungers for everyone. And what would a Spanish villa be without an outdoor kitchen and BBQ area.
On the first floor you will find the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bathtub and two showers. Furthermore there are 3 double bedrooms and 2 further bathrooms with shower and toilet. All the bedrooms on the first floor have stunning sea views, 3 of which have direct access to the terrace. From the first-floor terrace, staircase leads to a rooftop sun terrace with incredible views in all directions.
Access to the villa is steep and has steps - not suitable for people that have difficulties walking.
At Luxury Villas Marbella we like to make sure you have the best holiday possible so if you need anything organising for you please just ask. We do not allow external caterers etc. in our villas but if you'd like a private chef for a catered BBQ, tapas night or course meal. just let us know. We also kindly ask you to let us know if you will be needing any cots/hire chairs whilst here.
A short stroll takes you to the unique new coastal boardwalk. Turn left to La Cala de Mijas village. Turn right to the wonderful Max Beach and El Oceano oceanfront restaurants where you can dine and dance the night away. Or find Spanish chiringuitos along the route.
From October to June ask us about pool heating and the extra charge.
