The 3 upstairs bedrooms lead out onto open terrace areas with beautiful modern en-suite bathrooms and electric black-out blinds. The villa is fully air-conditioned throughout, good speed fibre optics, underfloor heating, TV package, integrated music system, gas BBQ. a nice cool games room where there are table tennis, a pool table and a basketball hoop. Also, there is a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

The villa 50 meters from a big park and BBQ area (popular here in Andalucia) and sports centre, also 2 full-size football pitches that hold summer sports clubs, it is only a couple of minutes walk into the beautiful sought after town of La Cala de Mijas with 5 KM of blue flag beaches, lots of shops, restaurants and bars. some of the best restaurants in Europe have chosen La Cala de Mijas as the town of choice. Olivia's bar and a restaurant ran by the charismatic Elliot Wright and home to all the starts that travel to our coast, a must on a visit here for a great night out with fantastic food and a great atmosphere, even just to people watch.
